Leaders and employees don't leave their personal challenges at home and don't leave their work challenges in the office. This creates incredible risks that need real solutions.

The simple truth is that personal wellness challenges become workplace losses, injuries, conflicts, and liabilities if left unaddressed. The same can be said of the impact of workplace challenges on peoples' home lives. 1 in 5 U.S. adults experience mental illness each year and half of the world's population will experience it in their lifetime.

A study by The Workforce Institute at UKG concluded that 70% of employees said that their managers had the greatest impact on their mental health - more than their therapist and on par with their life partners.

Employees report chronic stress and burnout at epidemic levels, leaving their valued workforce and operations vulnerable. The traditional approach to wellness tells adults that it's their responsibility to get well on their own, but that's not always how it works.

 Young Woman Contemplating

People solve their wellness challenges faster and more effectively when they learn together.

Modern Creative Office

Research shows that many people thrive in collaborative working and learning environments. Why don't we take that approach with workplace wellness - especially in a world where loneliness is a raging epidemic.

We deliver powerful breakout sessions at conferences, leadership retreats, and company events as  stand-alone workshops or as part of a strategic learning series.
